"I love the hustle of juggling the two worlds of business and motherhood. It ignites me to be able to wake up every day and run a company that is thriving, then to come home after a productive day to cook a good meal, tend to our home, and love my babies. The best part is being able to do it all with my soulmate by my side, encouraging one another. I strive to be a good example of wife, mother, and business entrepreneur to our 3 daughters and our son in hopes they will look up to me and feel proud. I feel the same way regarding our company and employees. We call QBS our baby because it requires the same amount of effort as our children do to be successful. I have been extremely blessed to discover my purpose. If I had another chance in life, I would choose to do this all over again, 100 percent. I hope to inspire other women to chase their dreams and to live each day with purpose!!"

Having raised my two boys and sent them off into the world, the choice to find a position with a company that I truly enjoy being a part of and could contribute to was important to me.
