Quantum Building Solutions Inc. is a family-owned business and has been serving the greater DFW area since 2019. We founded Quantum Building Solutions based on a set of principles that we find to be pillars of not only building a successful business, but also in building successful people!

HONESTY is where our principles start. At the end of the day, our word is what shapes our success, and any success not built on honesty is as weak as shifting sands. We will always be honest with everyone we do business with, internally, and externally. We will always provide honest solutions based on our industry expertise that are in the customer’s best interest.

INTEGRITY is a huge part of who we are here at QBS and can be found in every aspect of what we do and how we conduct ourselves. From installation, to programming, commissioning, customer relations, employee relations, etc., the underlying theme in all our dealings is and always will be integrity.

ACCOUNTABILITY is one of those traits that can be difficult to maintain at times but is essential to validate the first two principals. Without accountability there is no honesty or integrity. Because we are all flawed and will inevitably make mistakes, it is important to accept accountability even when it is hardest to do so. We openly hold each other accountable here at QBS and it is one of the key fundamentals to our success.

QUALITY is the last, but certainly not least, principle we adhere to. When you look at truly successful businesses, meaning customers and employees are happy, quality is undoubtedly a common denominator. Too much focus on profits and quality will inevitably slip. On the contrary, In the long run, we have never seen a case where too much focus on quality has caused profits to slip. It is quite the opposite, actually! Quality ensures repeat business, and we are in this for the long haul here at QBS. Our reputation is a clear indication of the quality we provide day in and day out, not only to our customers, but to our employees as well.
